Click the camera icon at the top right side of the screen, next to your profile image, then select “Upload Video.” Drag and drop a video from your desktop into the upload window. To add closed captions or subtitles to your video, select a closed caption certification in the drop-down menu that says "Caption certification". Language, Subtitles, and Closed Captions: To select a langauge for your video, use the drop-down menu labeled "Video language" to select the language.Videos with similar tags will often appear together in the "Recommended" sidebar.
